Editorial policy
Every listing goes through the same process: an audit against our four-point standard using primary sources — the federal NPI Registry (CMS), FDA publications, and each clinic's public record. We publish exactly what we verified and what is still missing. Verified clinics are re-checked continuously, because regulatory status and offerings change.
If we add referral partnerships or sponsored placements in the future, they will be clearly disclosed and will never affect any clinic's verification status.
Corrections
Found something outdated or incorrect? Write to [email protected] with the source and we'll fix it. Clinics can request (free) verification at the same address.
What we are not
We are not medical providers and this site does not offer medical advice. A listing is not an endorsement of any treatment: GLP-1 medications and peptide therapies require evaluation and prescription by a licensed clinician. We do not list "research use only" peptide vendors or operations without identifiable medical supervision — that is precisely the point of this directory.
